With over 20 years of experience in business law, Kim is a lawyer with a diverse background having worked at a major law firm, in-house as general counsel for a large, public company as well as providing legal services to small, family run businesses.
During her career, Kim has most enjoyed leveraging her legal knowledge with small businesses and entrepreneurs to help establish their organizations as well as assisting proven businesses and their in-house lawyers with overflow work. These two streams of legal work are now the basis and focus of her legal practice.
Kim provides on-demand business legal services to businesses and organizations of all sizes and in-house legal departments. Services may be provided on an hourly, project or contract basis.
